Maxim Prime is restaurant impresario Jeffrey Chodorow and Maxim magazine's 150-seat modern steakhouse at The Glenn Hotel offering an upscale, sophisticated and intimate dining experience for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Saturday and Sunday brunch. Maxim Prime takes an innovative approach to steakhouse dining, offering classic ala carte portions as well as small plates, two-ways, three-ways and lighter fare using the finest quality ingredients, including those from local purveyors. There is a 50-seat lounge, a 100-seat dining room and two private dining rooms - one with an attached terrace. The design is sleek and sophisticated with elements of whimsy.
