too busy to be worth it
Its nice to have a place to go that specializes in desserts, but if you are hungry for a real meal I would go somewhere else. If a convention is going on, good luck getting in. We waited more than an hour because there were so many people coming across the street from the convention center.
When they call it a factory they mean it – the whole restaurant feels cavernous and cafeteria like. The menu is a giant spiral bound book, so I imagine there is no one thing that they are especially good at making.
Save your money for something better – the Pike Place market is only a few blocks away from this location and you have many many places to choose from there.

FULL OF PEOPLE esp on weekends, hahaha. And certainly well known for it’s long queue and patience testing line ups. Food wise: normalwesterm foods, nothing special. Cheesecakewise: they are good. I recommend you to go there and take away the cheesecake and get yourself a cheaper, normal western dinner somewhere else. The Bellevue outlet is better lineupwise XD
