The legendary Trader Vic's Lounge is now located poolside at the Beverly Hilton, next to Circa 55 restaurant. Trader Vic's specializes in serving international cuisine and exotic cocktails, including the original Mai Tai, the bracingly refreshing cocktail invented by Trader Vic himself in 1944. A combination of Pacific Island, Chinese, Japanese and Thai flavors. Trader Vic's island cuisine is known for its light touch and distinctive memorable taste.
