I went to this restaurant in November after having gone to the pizzeria. I recommend anything at the Mozzarella Bar and you’ll probably see Nancy Silverton behind it. Everyone has claimed that the grilled octopus is truly amazing but personally, I wasn’t as impressed. Yet, everything else was great until I ended up fainting. Just my luck that I fainted before the actual main dishes….

If you can get a table, it’s a real treat. The burrata and salumi were nice starters. For pasta, we had the orecchiette with crumbled sausage and swiss chard – it’s very Batali. I highly recommend the Grilled Beef Tagliatta over the Beef Brasato. The rosemary and olive oil cakes were a nice finish.

Great Starters – I recommend the Salumi especially the Lardo with the beignets. Pasta Course – go for the Raviolo – riccota cheese and a runny egg inside – delicious. Mains are generally disappointing. The Wine – Try the Sosso Reserva – we did and got a second bottle.
