Real Japanese Food!

My husband, who is Japanese, and I absolutely love this restaurant!

It has a great feel when you go in. If you go down the hall to the bathroom, there is even a sign on the wall of how to properly use your chopsticks. I love it.

They have a really extensive ramen list and rice bowls. They have a great combination deal. You must try the fried potato cake, Koroke. It was wonderfully tasteful and had a great texture to it. They had Kimchi Ramen and Kimchi Yakisoba. Though, those are more Korean Japanese. And they have the BEST Tsukemono, japanese pickled vegetables. You must order those. If you go in at lunch time, they even include Miso soup and salad with a soy sauce, sesame type dressing.

The waiters are very nice and the meals are quick to come. But you know they are made to order and haven’t been sitting out ready to sell.

This dish is so yummy! The tuna is soft and fresh, with avocado pieces and the creamy soy sauce….I eat it all. But it’s a pretty big bowl.
