I also love this place. I think that the atmosphere is great whether you are out on a romantic date or for an elegant meal with friends. They serve you unbelievable olive oil as a starter. I love the cracked pepper and spices that they provide you with! They have a good wine selection and the menu is pretty good too! The servers are always friendly and I am always a fan of having to see first hand what goes on in the kitchen (a clear wall is all that is between the line cooks and the diners.

I always enjoy Carrabba’s, but it’s a little expensive and unhealthy to be a regular visit. Each table is served fresh baked bread and olive oil with spices for dipping. Save the dipping sauce for the end, as the oil tastes better the longer you let it sit in the spices. After trying many things on the menu, I now always order three things when I go: Bruchette, Manicotti, and the Dessert Rosa (butter cake with fruit and cream). I generally go for chocolate desserts, but here I always save room for the Dessert Rosa. Service is always excellent.
