Lovely
It’s a really nice place to go for a non expensive mexican style dinner. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. It is a very well managed local business.

Good Food But Toned Down For American Tastes
The Food is good and the staff is very friendly but if you are looking for a more authentic mexican meal then you best look elsewhere.
Ixtapa is no Taco Bell but what they do serve is more of an “Americana” style Mexican cousine.
They do a great business with the locals and that alone is an indication that the food is good, so if all you really want is good food at a reasonable price then Ixtapa is the place to be.
