Great coffee shop alternative to Sbucks

I’ve been here a few times for coffee and have been happily satisfied every time. Caffe Umbria has a great classic brick-loft ambiance with really friendly staff and really tasty coffee. For all these reasons and more, this is a great alternative to the cookie-cutter Starbucks and Tully’s cafes. This is a great place to meet up with friends or business associates, or just to sit and get some work done with the free wifi.

Great Coffee & Gelato!

Forget the giant coffee chains... Umbria's coffee is nice and strong. A friend who gets chai there also thinks that they make the best chai around. And don't forget their gelato selection... to die for!

My favorite coffee in Seattle

Delicious, well-made coffee, great service, reminds me of coffee bars in Italy (I think the owner is Italian). Love that you get a little square of dark chocolate when you have a drink in the store. And they have wine for lazy afternoons.…
