My husband and I went on a date here after returning from Wisconsin Dells and having a nightmare experience at the House of Embers there. I have to say we were so happy to be treated with respect and courtesy when we came here. We were greeted warmly, had a wonderful waitress who attended to us often, the manager came to help us with nutrition information we requested and offered to use the online website since they didn’t have a printout to hand us, and the food is SO GOOD! We’ve always liked any Red Robin Restaurant we’ve visited, but this stood out as exceptional since we had a chance to travel and experience some extremely bad customer service in other places.
Red Robin’s website is by far the best I’ve seen, offering custom calorie tallies to what you want, giving you options to add or remove items from any of their meals. You can also get coupons on your birthday for signing up. I love reading their random acts of kindness section. This is the type of restaurant I want to support.
