Nice place to hang out with friends. The place is cozy and relaxing. Service is friendly but tend to be slower than I had expected. If you come here, be sure to try the Chicharron for the appetizer. I would recommend it to anyone who’s up for Cuban food.

i really loved my pollo ranchero dish for brunch. especially delicious w poached eggs and a specially-requested side of avocado. delicious sangria bar as well…

This is the place to hang out if you wanna hook up with a 35-something+ pharmaceutical rep or woman working for a real estate firm. Food is nothing great.

Oh man, the food is here is soooooo great. I eat a lot of Mexican dishes and there are some here that will make your knees weak. Drinks are great too…the last time I was there I made sure to drink Superfruit Mojitos that I read about, the bartender makes it with TY ku. Try any of the ceviches. Absolutely heavenly.

All the food is great, the ceviches and appetizers I find better than the entrees. Great drinks, several different mojitos and sangrias, I liked a mojito with dark rum, maybe was called Carribean mojito? Very trendy and loud, but not in a bad way. The gallitos (soft tacos which you make with beef, chicken and shrimp) is really good. The bunuelos with black bean dip which is complementary is insane, can easily fill up on those!

Great place on the UWS right behind the Museum of Natural History. Same owners as Rain West and they have similar drinks. You MUST get a mojito when you go. It’s one of the best in the city. And if you and your date are hungry, get the paella for two.
