you can’t beat a good cup of in-house fresh gelato! this place carries 6 to 7 amazing flavors (death by chocolate, tiramisu, mascarpone, etc.) and offers a cute and wide selection of chocolate pieces (truffles, ganache, etc). the store owner is also super-friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy treating his customers well and running his store. i absolutely love stopping by canady’s for an after-dinner dessert stop – for gelato/chocolate addicts, beware…it’s tough to not go back again.

After two trips to Italy, we’ve developed quite a gelato addiction and luckily we happen to live near this fine chocolatier who also serves some mighty fine gelato. Everything about this place is great. Not only are the chocolates and desserts great, but the chocolatier himself is a joy. He truly cares about and loves what he does and makes sure you find exactly what you’re looking for. He’ll even make custom desserts should the occasion arise.

This little store is just pure chocolate. Their are loads of chocolate in the display, it smells like chocolate, and there are chocolate samples. The gelato here is what we came for though, and it was delicious. I mixed mascarpone and another crazy named flavor (i’m sad i can’t remember, it was realllly good.) The owner is also really cool and easygoing. Good place to go for a nice little treat.
