I’ve been going to Carmen’s for close to 20 years. It is the best Mexican restrauant I’ve ever been to. It is family owned and in addition to great food, you get a great family atmosphere. After you introduce yourself to Carlos, he will NEVER forget your name or your favorite food/drink.
They’ve moved to 7152 Linda Vista Road, but that hasn’t changed their quality. In fact they have a few new items on the menu, one of which is Shrimp Cocktail. This is Mama’s own recipe, and it is to die for. It is different from any Shrimp Cocktail you have ever had, but you WILL go back for more.
