5.0Real good Mexican food. Better than anything we get on the Border and we spend every Winter there. Good value and great food. Small quarters but excellent service. Best restaurant on Vashon for what it does.
Spinach Enchilladas to die for and I’m no veggie freak. Spectacular view of the pharmacy parking lot but who cares? The food transcends ambience which ain’t too shabby. 5 stars. Better than Jalisco on Capital Hill.
Melt in your hungry mouth. Butter and cream sauce over flour tortillas stuffed with fresh spinach.
Bare bones, no cheese, just sauce and a few greens on the side. Lots of chicken if that’s your thing, excellently prepared. Asked for no cheese ala Mexican style. Can’t recall the $ but very inexpensive.
Again this is a superior eatery with a very savy cook. Absolutely nothing to bitch about.

04/25/2008i don’t think i’ve ever had spinach enchilladas! i wonder if they’re hard to make at home. they probably wouldn’t be nearly as good as the dish you describe – especially if i were the one cooking! ;)
