Chef Akhtar Nawab and Noel Cruz bring to you Elettaria, a Greenwich Village restaurant inspired by the heritage of its owners, both first-generation Americans. Nawab, from India, and Cruz, from the Philippines, offer a seasonal, spice-driven American menu influenced by the flavors of Nawab’s upbringing.
