Better than most
Hunan Wok is a small restaurant in the area of Roiwan University. The menu items are for the most part your standard Chinese take-out items, however a couple of items stand out. The wan-tons are the best I’ve ever tasted anywhere! I don’t know what they use to season the meat, but it makes these wan-tons absolutely addicting! Their egg drop soup is fantastic, and with the addition of some wan-tons, it becomes a meal by itself. If you want a real treat, enjoy the subgum wantons! I ask for it a little spicy, and it is perfect! Want something that will amaze you? Try the wan-tons in spicy sesame sauce! I often serve them to guests, then they order them the next day! The rest of the menu is fairly typical, with most people’s favorites. Most of the food is well above average, and the portions are quite large, so be prepared for leftovers! The lunch and dinner specials are excellent values, with much more food than you would expect for the price. Truly a restaurant you don’t want to miss out on!
Enjoy! This restaurant has moved to a new location, but the telephone number is the same. They are only about a mile away from the old location.

Wan-tons in spicy sesame sauce
The best way to eat wan-tons! There seems to be some magic here. I never knew something as simple as a wan-ton could be transformed into such a delicious dish. You will order these time and again!
