hearty breakfast crepes
half lounge, half dining restaurant, 611 supreme offers an interesting choice of milieus for hearty breakfast crepes. service was casual & friendly, and the crepes were solid overall. my only complaint would be the slow time from ordering to actually getting your dish.

Nutella
how can you go wrong w/nutella??? we scarfed down this crepe so quickly…it was so tasty that i was wanting more after it was gone.
-
2 Eggs, Mushrooms, Brie
this was my own concoction crepe, and i initially really enjoyed it, but then the strength of the brie began to hit (the saltiness), and it became too overwhelming. i would probably choose another cheese next time.

Great crepes and coffee
Though it’s a bar and lounge by night, 611 serves some very tasty brunch crepes on the weekend. If there’s a wait in the dining room, you can also eat in the lounge area which has cushioned bench seating.
I had the normal coffee and the french press and both were good. I’d probably be satisfied just getting the coffee, but if you’ve got others you can share the large french press. The crepes are actually pretty hearty, but you should finish the meal off by sharing a dessert crepe.

le fromage d'oeuf
Get it with the ham and it’s fantastic. The side of potatoes makes it extra filling. The crepe is served open-faced with sunny-side eggs so you can break the yolk and dip everything else in it.
-
Nutella
Bananas and chocolate seem like the quintessential dessert crepe.
-
French Press
Very tasty and the large is a lot of coffee.

Coffee
Very smooth and strong – I felt wired almost immediately and I don’t usually feel coffee effects. No refills though.
