Good Food at a Great Price

Bakers Square has fast become one of my favorite places to go when feeling like American food on a shoestring budget. This isn’t just average food; this is very good food. And the pie is the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant! Recently Bakers Square offered a special combo menu where you got soup or salad, an entree and dessert for less than $10! It was a great deal! I hope they offer this again soon. This is a great family style restaurant where kids eat free on Tues & Fri.

What I ate:
  • *****

This isn’t just tomato soup; it is tomato basil with chunks of tomato. It is also thick and yummy.

  • *****

This comes with tomato slices and bacon, but you can request that toppings you do not like to be removed. It is a great sandwich.

  • ****

This is certainly the most unusual version of French Toast I have ever seen, but very tasty. It has a look to it that resembles a cinnamon roll.

  • *****

This is the best custard pie I have ever eaten. I find that I am taking very small bites of this particular to savor and make last every single bite! I skip the crust too just so I can enjoy the custard filling! This is my personal favorite, even though I have enjoyed several other flavors.
