Charlie Brown’s is a series of steakhouses around the Jersey area. They feature your standard American fare, and they do it well enough. I decided to give them a try when I was tired of steak, so I ordered the fish and chips; I was impressed. The batter was crispy, but the fish inside was done perfectly and was soft and thick. The salad bar was also impressive, as it consisted of good fresh produce, and several pre-mixed salads. It’s worth coming here for a good meal, but it is a bit pricey for it’s class.
