Located across from the Redondo Pier, with private parking, Catalina Restaurant serves California cuisine with European influences in a beautiful relaxed dining room. Warm colors, fresh flowers, soft music and candles, will set the tone for those "ahhh" moments we all need in our busy lives. You might recognize Ruben Pires, general manager and owner, from Avenue Restaurant (Manhattan Beach), Michael's (Santa Monica), Paradise Cove (Malibu), or the Patina Group (Downtown). His over 20 years of industry experience is as expansive and varied as the Los Angeles restaurant scene. You’ll see why Merrill Schindler calls Catalina Restaurant “Zen in Balance.” Order the tasting menu and let Chef Art Martinez (also from Avenue) delight you with six delicious courses. Whatever you order, be sure to leave room for dessert and savor the Molten Chocolate Cake- what Buzz of LA calls “decadence at its peak."

Great new Restaurant
Beautiful interior, great food and a solid wine list (no bar) for what I felt were very reasonable prices when compared to say Fonz’s or some of the other restaurants in Manhattan Beach of the same calibre. Very good service.
