Dim Sum Palace

Chinatown Brasserie is known as the home for the dim sum of Hong Kong chef Joseph Ng. And indeed, the dumplings were really fantastic. The décor can verge on the theme park-y, and the prices can sometimes seem a bit high. While the regular menu items were good to very good, it truly was the dim sum that stood out.
