A French Bistro in the loading dock of the original Nabisco Biscuit Company Building, built in 1925, located in the arts district of downtown L.A., where Michelin-starred Chef Tony Esnault crafts the finest of dishes. Church&State opened in September of 2008 and has become a downtown institution.

Pros: 'Loved this place. Very cool ambiance and really amazing food. The lamb shank was amazing. The pot de crew OTT. '
