Ciao Pizza definitely has good food, the problem is, it’s hard to recommend doing business with them. They’re customer service is absolutely horrible. Arrogance is the first thing that comes to mind when trying to describe the employees and management of this establishment. They regularly change their schedules to suit them outside of their published information, their delivery persons are rude and order takers difficult to deal with. I try to keep giving this establishment chances, and while the food is quite good, the level of aggravation trying to obtain it is truly not worth the effort. These are examples of situations I have encountered:
1- Call during normal delivery hours and told they were not delivering (this happens quite often, not just once or twice)
2- Half hour to closing being told on a walk-in “We’re not making any more food you can only get what you see on the counter” (this is usually old Pizza and pastries they didn’t sell that day)
3- Delivery people demanding the amount of tip they want even after showing up almost an hour late.
4- Wrong order delivered and refusal to return with correct order.
There are other examples of rudeness and poor customer service but these are my top 4. It is really ashame because to their credit the food is quite good.
Their Pizza is very good as well as other dishes.
