The legendary Trader Vic's Lounge is now located poolside at the Beverly Hilton, next to Circa 55 restaurant. Trader Vic's specializes in serving international cuisine and exotic cocktails, including the original Mai Tai, the bracingly refreshing cocktail invented by Trader Vic himself in 1944. They did a great job renovating this place....

They did a great job renovating this place. You feel like your in an episode of I dream of Jeannie. The food and service are incredible as well!
