Renowned chef Garret Martindale brings more than ten years of experience in the restaurant industry to his role as Circolo's Executive Chef. Building on Circolo’s award-winning cuisine, Chef Martindale has brought his own signature style and creativity to re-design and simplify the Circolo menu while continuing to feature such famous dishes as the “Miso-Glazed Chilean Seabass”.

Circolo features a cascading water wall with a backdrop of bamboo and metallic mesh curtains that defines a chic and cozy lounge area within the main dining room. The muted earthen color palette, spectacular lighting and sleek, linear design create the perfect energy for the dining room—fusing a fresh, modern look with a peaceful backdrop.
