Chi Chi is not your typical hotel restaurant. It’s made for free flowing indoor outdoor meals, spa-side snacking, and casual noshing around our multiple pools. We think of it as a relaxed gathering place for food rather than a formal restaurant setting, a nostalgic recollection of the sun-soaked (and, most often,
poolside) lifestyle of the Latin jetset in the 1960s.
