A NIce Change From Traditional Pizza

My husband and I actually tried a Venuto’s pizza because he wanted pretzels and The Pretzel Factory was next door. We felt the need for some veggies so we ordered The Botticelli. It served us well….I liked the thin crust for a change and the fresh veggies on top were delicious. I did however feel that it was a bit pricey ($18.88) for a 14 " pizza but it beat cooking dinner at home.

If you are a “pan pizza” person at heart then you may be disappointed in the paper thin crust Venuto’s offers. I am a pan pizza person but the flavor in this thin pizza was great and I would go back. Although it won’t be a permanent substitute for my preference for a thicker crust, It was a nice change of pace.

It was nice too that I could order online.

A yummy veggie pizza. Has plenty of flavor…we ordered white crust but you can order it with a whole wheat crust. A bit pricey for what you get.

Tasty

I am cynical by nature. Even when I like something, I seem to qualify it.

Venuto’s is the exception for me. One opened locally. I knew nothing about it. Then my FIL began speaking of it. We still didn’t go. Finally, the family and I went in. I was in heaven.

This is my kind of pizza. Hand-tossed thin crust (including whole wheat) with a healthy selection of toppings that add to the experience.

The first time in we ordered a whole pie with meatballs, sausage, and extra cheese. It was delicious! This is exactly what Millville needed!

Of course, my lovely wife announced, “I’m never coming here again!” No, this is not pre-packaged airy pizza like the Hut is.

I now re-visit only for myself. Good varieties of pizza are available by the slice. Two slices and an all-you-can-drink beverage costs $5.00.

Excellent! Thin and pretty well built crust with fresh toppings. Yummy!

The peppers and artichoke hearts were delicious. The chicken was too, but a bit sparse.
