vietnamese food, not french

I always thought this place had french food whenever i heard about it, but it turns out its vietnamese. Go figure. I ate here for a large event, so I don’t really know what the dishes are. I will describe my opinions on the dishes though.

I thought one of the more memorable dishes here was the curry. It had chicken, carrots and potatoes. The curry wasn’t too strong in flavor, but added enough taste for me. Everything in it was pretty soft, so that a person with no teeth could probably eat it. The fried rice they had there was good, since it had lots of different ingredients, such as broccoli and tofu. The tofu in it was probably the best part, although kind of dry sometimes. This is why you mix it with the curry! I also tried some noodles, which were alright, so I threw some curry on there too, to infuse more flavor. The other dish I ate was a beef and onion dish, which had tender pieces of meat covered with some sauce. I thought the beef was much better than the chicken from the curry.

All the food was alright, but I think you can get better at different places. I like Japanese and Indian curry more, and I can get tastier rice and noodles some place else. They do have a good variety of stuff here, though, and the food isn’t bad, so it doesn’t hurt to check it out for yourself.
