quick & healthy
this baja fresh is in a plaza across from an outdoor shopping mall, and seems to do quite well for itself despite being small and off the main street. i came for a quick dinner, and people were just continuously coming in and out either to dine-in or for carry-out.
if you’ve never been, baja fresh is one of the more “healthy” fast-food chains as they claim to not use msg, lard or microwaves…everything is fresh.
i can’t say i get worked up over baja fresh, but it’s a nice option when you want something semi-healthy and fast.

Mahi Mahi Taco - Grilled
3.5 stars. for fast food, you get a decent chunk of mahi mahi and it tastes like real fish. the generous avocado slice and cabbage doused with zesty sauce are welcome additions. i ordered 3, which was a little too ambitious on my part. 2 would’ve served my small appetite fine.
