Good food and lots of it.

I had the blacktie pasta with chicken. Really Tasty and because I got the full order I had enough left over for lunch the next day

Half order 10.00 full order 13.50.

The only problem was it was spicy because they put a lot of a red spice on the top. (paprika??)

Big portions, big people

My follow-up review for this restaurant. Read my previous review for this restaurant here

It’s easy to get carried away with your meal at Claim Jumper’s, which serves huge portions of everything (just look at the 10" high slice of chocolate cake in the display case).

That being said, their happy hour does have two things going for it: good location and good timing, as it goes til 7pm. Just watch out for ordering too much. =)

What I ate:

    ***

    Crispy and forgettable.

  • ****

One of the better happy hour pizza choices here.

    Eh, just salted, empty carbs.

  • Bl-ujk4h0r25ifaby-gaa880x80
    ***

Pretty decent, with the right chips.

    Way too greasy.

Portion is so big, *ichikoo* can't finish his meal sometimes

Confucius says: Excess food should be sent to feed hungry kids in -China- North Korea.

The food is nothing to write home about, typical American bar and grill type. Location is OK, but parking is still tough during dinner time at Redmond Town Center. Good for a change of scenery, but not a serious dining location.

The portion is so big, *I* can't finish my meal sometimes

The portion is so generous, it’s a bit scray to order food sometimes. Well, on the seroius side, some of the items that come may seem very wasteful.

I used to go there often for happy hour though. I like many of the items (which I’ll talk about below). I think there is where I “found” Mac and Jack’s African Amber…my beer. :)

So filling and so good! Remember to order nothing else but this so that you actually have a chance of finishing your food.

Popular happy hour, but not a great deal

Like all other Claimjumper restaurants, the regular meal portions here are absolutely huge. I’m almost always able to take home leftovers from those huge entrees.

Happy hour here is pretty nice. There’s a large bar area, the restaurant has a good location, and most importantly, the happy hour lasts until 7pm, unlike 6 or 6:30 like a lot of other places. However, the deals on the food/beer themselves aren’t all that good.

    A happy hour staple.

Good value for happy hour. Go for the chili topping!
