Voted “Best New Restaurant” and “Best Hotel Dining” in its first year of
business, VIVO, the Zagat rated restaurant located in the Marriott
Hartford Downtown, is an upscale seasonal Trattoria with a distinctly
Mediterranean ambiance. “Fresh ingredients, prepared simply” best
describes VIVO’s inspired selection of dishes, infused with simple,
contemporary Mediterranean flavors and the finest in local, seasonal
ingredients. Chef de Cuisine William Reardon, under the direction of
Executive Chef William Foley, creates pure and delicious culinary
