I'm no fried chicken expert, but the fried chicken here w...

I’m no fried chicken expert, but the fried chicken here was spectaculr. The breading was crisp and not greasy, and the chicken was about as succulent as I’ve ever had. I heard the homemade Jamaican beef patties are delicious too, so I’ll be sure to try them on another trip. The mashed potatoes were also delicious (though not the best I’ve had).

A tiny, mostly takeout soul food spot. Try the fried thigh plate, fried catfish plate, Grandma's mean meatloaf plate, mac and cheese, black-eyed peas, collard greens, and sweet potato pie.
