My family loves this place. They have excellent, home cooked tasting food at fabulous prices. The staff remembers frequent customers and treat everyone like they are family. The menu has a great selection. They have bottled beers and wine to enjoy.
I eat this everytime I go to this restaurant. Green chile, avocado, provolone on a hand crushed patty. Mmmmm…just had one last night! And their fries are nicely seasoned and good!

Copper Canyon has great food. My favorite Breakfast is there Smothered Papitas…it blows other local restaurants version away! A mount of diced home fried potatoes smothered with your choice of chili (GREEN is Heaven) shredded cheese & your choice of meat and eggs any way you like them. I order Over easy, green with bacon. It is served with a tortilla on the side. You simply have to try this once for it to become your Breakfast favorite!
The waitresses are all friendly and treat you special every visit.

Go where the seating is informal, the service is excellent and be treated like one of the family. This is our favorite place to eat in all of Albuquerque.
If you like New Mexican and American food, this is where you get the best of both. If you are a French snob, go somewhere else, preferably on the other side of the Atlantic.
Be prepared for a little spice in most any dish. Be adventurous and try the red or green chile or both.
Beer and wine are served. The coffee is wonderful.
The best corned beef hash and hash browns in the city. Eggs any way you like them and cooked to perfection.
You simply must try it.
