There’s a reason Cow Chips has been in this Redmond location for so many years – the cookies they make are top-notch (the cute “cow-chip” branding doesn’t hurt either). The cookies make a great mid-shopping snack if you’re roaming the Redmond Town Center during a lazy afternoon, or a great dessert after a meal at one of the local restaurants.
I’ve heard the cookies also make great motivators for hungry Microsoft developers.
Super rich, super buttery. Not for the faint of heart.
