From the Restaurant
Located in the heart of Cleveland’s cultural center, the Baricelli Inn is a turn of the century landmark in University Circle. This unique and beautiful brownstone mansion offers guests an award-wining dining experience and exceptional overnight accommodations. Baricelli’s internationally acclaimed restaurant is home to Chef/Owner Paul Minnillo. His European-inspired palate is reflected in every dish. From his larder he creates menus using locally raised and homegrown products harvested at their seasonal peak. The restaurant has garnered an unending collection of awards and has been recognized among the finest dining destinations in the Midwest by Gourmet, Food & Wine and Esquire magazines.
The restaurant is also home to Chef Minnillo's love affair with cheese. A state-of-the art affinage cooler sits prominently in the lobby where he “blooms” over 60 varieties of artisanal cheeses from around the world for consumers, retailers & restaurateurs.
