tried this again recently, still very good,...

tried this again recently, still very good, but for the price, there are far better places to try. The crowd was also very similar to Bis on Main…

Puget Sound's Best Dining Experience

For a single price of between $170 to $250 per person (depending on the night), you can experience a casual 4 1/2 hour culinary prix fix adventure unlike any you’ve had.

After a charming tour of the Herb Farm’s quietly vibrant premises, guests are seated for an unforgettable meal: a nine course parade of exquisite flavors with pairings of expertly chosen and abundant wines. To whet your appetite, you are started off with a glass of nice champagne steeped with your choice of a fresh herb from the garden, such as a chocolate mint. The courses feature an artistic tapestry of locally grown herbs and spices, regional game, fruits and vegetables, all wonderfully woven together with world-wide inspirations. The dishes are small, but they are tastefully tremendous, and they don’t seem to end until you are satisfyingly well fed, and your eyes are a-flutter to the drifting sounds of the live Spanish guitarist, who is deftly plucking away at the Beatles (or whatever classic tunes guests happen to have requested of him).

Lose all of your aversions and predilections. From asparagus to zucchini, guests will marvel at all things served at the Herb Farm with renewed appreciation.
