Wanna try bison meat?
I went to this restaurant with my Kewonie a couple of months ago because we wanted to try buffalo meat. It was my first time eating it and his second time and it was GOOD. We’d researched buffalo meat for his school project and found out that it is really healthy (healthier than beef, chicken and turkey). You can really taste the flavor!! The service was o.k. (but during busy hours prepare to wait) and the restaurant uses paper straws and other natural products to help take care of the earth.
