We had dinner there about a week ago. The patio was all right and so was the food, but nothing special. The TV on the patio was blaring but none of the mostly over fifty and Caucasian crowd seemed to mind.
The authentic Mexican food was certainly Mexican but lacked that pride of preparation I generally associate with authenticity. There is another Mexican place down the street in the shopping center by the Chinese place. It’s also pretty gringo but the food and environment are far superior.

Estrella's Is Fantastic
Estrellas is authentic… beautifully prepared Mexican Food. Sevice is excellent, dining on the Patio is fun… but our favorite is eating in the Bar. Great atmosphere… causal… fun… and absolutely everything we’ve tried on the menu is great. Very fair prices… even inexpensive. Their Rib Eye Steak is a great value..

Their Signature… and for a good reason. Great taste, moist, warm fresh tortillas, Ice cold beer… too many chips and salsa…but… :-)
