I'm hungry!
When you feel like a quick bite and you look around at all the sandwhich shops, should you see a Potbelly’s, immediately make a bee line towards it. This place trumps Quizno’s, Subways, Jimmy John’s. Rest assured, you will be satisfied with your meal here!
Yes, it is that good! The sandwiches are made piping hot on order. If you want to save on calories, you can order your sandwich skinny style (they just cut bread out of center of the sandwich). Ordering here is pretty straight forward. The menu is on the board listing all the sandwiches available as well as the sandwich options.
My personal favorites include the meatball and vegetarian. I like to order everything on my sandwich, including the dressing oil and the peppers. Yeah, the peppers are a nice “badda bing” addition to the sandwich.
At $3.79/sandwich, it’s hard to say “no” to such a satisfying, on-the-go kind of meal. Definitely worth trying and sure winner no doubt!

Sandwiches with style
Similar to Jimmy John’s, Potbelly doesn’t have very unique sandwiches, but they do everything with a certain style that’s sort of endearing. You’ll know what I’m talking about when you step inside and just see the way the place is decorated. The sandwiches are toasted though so there is the nice melted cheese effect that you get from Quiznos.
If you go to this location on Wacker during the weekday lunch hours, be prepared for the massive line and lack of seating. The location is pretty large with 2 floors, but the lunch crowd is even larger. Fortunately, the staff is pretty efficient and takes your order while waiting in line. If you’re lucky enough to find a table, you can enjoy the live music playing from the 2nd floor.
