No Pork & No Shellfish? Sorry... no.
As someone who keeps semi-kosher (is that possible?), I found the quality of the beef and chicken dishes at Sea Garden to be very sub-par. The chicken has too much gristle and both types of dishes are way over-sauced.
It may be fantastic for Dim Sum and/or Sea Food, but it’s just ok overall.
Seattle standard
I think this place have best dim sum in terms of seattle standard. The dim sum and food is very consistent each time I go there to eat. The service is decent and restaurant is clean. There is free parking. The pricing is a little higher than other chinese restaurants in this area.

best Chinese food in Chinatown
Sea Garden is my choice for Chinese food in Chinatown. The quality here is very good, and even though the price is a little higher than most of the other restaurants in Chinatown it’s worth it. Plus the restaurant is clean. The best stuff to order here are their seasonal steamed fishes. I’ve mostly been here for dinner with large groups. Sea Garden is open late and is also a great spot to grab some late night grub.
