REPUBLIC restaurant + lounge is the newest addition to Los Angeles' hip dining row on La Cienega Boulevard. The current creation of Los Angeles restaurateur Mikayel Israyelyan and designed by noted designer Margaret O'Brien, REPUBLIC brings a combination of the most innovative design elements, unparalled service, menu items with creative twists on classic favorites and several settings to provide a destination for an entire evening.REPUBLIC is thrilled to welcome Executive Chef Arturo Paz to the restaurant’s talented team. Employing the artistic flare and experimental wizardry which has always characterized his work, Paz is looking forward to leading Republic into the future by combining the newest culinary trends with a simple and effective approach. A delectable menu of “Contemporary American Creations” with a slightly ‘Southern’ flair is offered. Also featured is an extensive wine list including wines from around the world.
