Chicken done well

Perhaps the most striking thing about the place is that it looks like a fast food place when you first walk in since there is a counter to take your order, but then you realize right away that there’s plenty of large screens in the sitting area dedicated to sports.

The logo is fun and would look great on a tshirt, and the ambiance is pretty much what you’d expect from a sports bar and grill. But what really got me happy was that their ingredients were fresh, and care was taken in making sure their chicken wasn’t overcooked, despite being a sports bar.

They offer a wide variety of sauces to fit any need. I’ll have to come back again and see how 20 wings in a row tastes.

What I ate:
  • ****

Most grilled chicken sandwiches at bar and grills are an uninspiring layer of dry meat between dry bread. Not the case here. While basic in its ingredients, they’re quite right and quite well.

  • ***

The wing sauce and texture weren’t bad, though it wasn’t extraordinary or out of this world. Odd that it was the place’s specialization.
