Classic American Continental cuisine with a unique Mediterranean and Asian flair, specializing in the freshest local and mainland seafood, prime steaks, lamb, chicken, veal, Live Maine lobster, delicious pasta entrees, as well as signature dishes such as Opakapaka Gabriella and Grilled Prime New York are the superb components of this extraordinary culinary establishment. Aaron's atop the Ala Moana (formerly Nicholas Nickolas) celebrated its grand re-opening in late 1999 with a completely new look, ambience, and enhanced menu.
