Usagiya means rabbit house in Japanese. This Wicker Park 'hidden-gem' neighborhood restaurant boasts an extensive menu with over 30 sushi and sashimi choices, plus about 40 maki and special maki rolls using a traditional old-world style of preparing sushi with a contemporary twist. Some specialty appetizers include Beef Tataki, Tuna Tartare and Ika Salad.
