From the Restaurant

For 12 years, this family-run Argentine restaurant on the west side of Melrose Ave has been quietly filling up with meat and wine lovers, celebrities and Argentine ex-pats. The ambiance is a tip of the hat to 1930s-era Buenos Aires, with masculine dark wood chairs, dim light and pink walls, and at night, there are often live bands so tango and flamenco fills the room. Family matriarch Azniv Bozoghlian is the executive chef, and her two sons Max and Gerard are always on the premises to serve, host and guide patrons through an authentic Argentine dining experience. Price (Price reflects the average cost of dinner, including one drink and tip): $31 to $50

Tiny hole in the wall place. Highly recommend chimichurri rib-eye and don’t leave without try the garlic fries. Very large wine selection and the sommelier can help.
