I’m less than impressed with Judy Fu’s. Other than the dumplings (which are quite tasty) I haven’t loved any of their the dishes. They drown all their food in the sauces and it overwhlemes the ingredients.

However, they are one of the few places that deliver in the north end of town, so we do order from them.

If you want to just go eat dumplings, I’d go to Judy Fu’s, but be aware that the “small” order is 15 pieces.

Otherwise, I’d say it’s worth the drive to the I-district.

tastes authentic

I really like Chinese food, and I was pretty impressed with this place. It’s a good place to go for good Chinese food if you don’t want to go to the international district. The dishes were all very good, but in general, a little too salty I think.

I think Chiang's on Lake City way is better in Maple Leaf.
