Tasty Hand Shaved Noodles

Service was good, food was good, price was fine. Serving size was perfect. Had Crispy beef lunch special and House special noodles. They really complimented each other. I would eat there again.

This was one on the many lunch specials. I was very impressed by all the complex flavors the dish presented.

Small restaurant; good food

The place is small, a little pricey but it’s all worth it. We usually come here for family dinners. Nearly every dish is delicious. I’ve been eating here for several years now and I’m pretty sure the portion has shrunk but I don’t even care. It’s too good.

soupless xiao long bao

I love xiao long bao! (little basket bun) And coming to this restaurant was big disappointment! The xiao long bao should be thin skin, boiling hot soup inside wiht the meat. However this restaurant makes the xiao long bao like a bbq pork bun! It’s dry, big, the skin is very thick and there was no soup. It tasted like the skin soaked up all the soup.

The other dishes I tried – shanghai style noodle was good portion.

Service was average. Parking lot is small.

great option for Chinese in Factoria

This is a great choice for lunch if you’re in the Factoria area. They’ve got some great lunch specials – but if you get that don’t forget to get the barley hand shaven noodles which are the signature dish at this restaurant.

NIce small little joint – nothing spectacular inside but it’s clean and the food is delicious. Good stuff.

What I ate:

Signature dish at this restaurant – almost everyone orders it and it’s well worth it. Get it! A must.

  • *****

Crispy! If there’s one thing I hate is when you order string beans that are soggy. Definetely delicious.
