Smeraldi's Restaurant offers fine California Mediterranean cuisine in a relaxed yet elegant ambiance. Nestled in the historic Millennium Biltmore Hotel, the restaurant is named after the Italian artist who painted the hotel's exquisite murals and ceiling frescoes. Diners can enjoy dishes ranging from Chilean Sea Bass and Wild Mushroom Ravioli to Grilled Salmon Salad and Herb-Crusted Prime Rib. Certain weekdays the restaurant also offers their popular
seafood and pasta buffets, and an extensive, hand-selected wine list suggests an array of fine choices to accompany your meal. Please also don't forget to visit us for High tea at the Rendez-vous Court, and a Cocktails at the Gallery Bar.
