Flavor, Flavor, Flavor!
At first taken aback by the prices, it took only one appetizer to convince us this restaurant offers value for the money. Every dish was full of mouth-appeal. Fried oysters were in a spicy remoulade, the likes of which we’ve not enjoyed at places charging more than this. Steak was simply superb. Mixed grill is handy if one can’t make up one’s mind; and it’s a bargain. Sides are decadently rich – Creamed spinach was absolutely perfect!
The manager greeted us, came over to ask if everything was fine, and bade us farewell on two recent visits. Who says a chain can’t provide an excellent dining experience. These people have their act together.
Finally, cocktails are generous and they’ve something like 20 different wines by the glass and great bottles galore. The wine mark-up was a bit disappointing; must they charge this much for a five-ounce glass of wine?!
Be prepared to part with a lot of money for this experience but it’s worth it!

Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
Scrumptious version of a classic – not too sweet and very comforting.

This was a great place. But not worth the price. I can get the same wuality food at my house daily from my grandma, the only thing different is that they char their steak. We could grill it but we chose not to. So would I pay $37 for a slab of meat and buy all side “a la carte” for $7 a pop. HELL NO
