Perched eight stories above the St. Louis skyline, Cielo, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, is home to the city’s most outstanding new cuisine. Cielo (pronounced chee-eh-lo), whose name is the Italian word meaning sky, plays off the dramatic views seen from every table. Executive Chef Karen Hoffman serves elegant, uncomplicated dishes featuring quality ingredients prepared to perfection. Flavorful creations are paired with an extensive wine list that emphasizes selections from Italy and California. Seasonal menus will showcase some of the best ingredients grown and produced in the heartland of America including fresh Amish chicken, American Kobe beef, Berkshire pork and neighboring Iowa's La Quercia proscuitto.
