From the Restaurant
Situated in an historic building that once housed a bank, this elegant steak house has fireplaces and large booths in the dining room and lounge. It is an ideal spot for private meetings, a romantic dinner on those special occasions. Private seating for parties of 8 to 50 in unique surroundings with state of the art audio/visual equipment at your disposal. Ruth's Chris Steak House deserved reputation as the finest has come to Edmonton. We hope to see you soon.

too pricey
My sirloin steak was DELICIOUS!! I loved it, it was so good. However, my date ordered a ribeye and he was very disappointed. We both thought it was a but too expensive for what it was but overall we had a great time. There is very little parking so that was REALLY annoying, especially since we went when it was snowing and very cold.

I tried it once before in Boston and was super impressed by the steak. I ordered the same thing here in Edmonton (filet petite), but I was disappointed. Everyone else in my party were very satisfied though, and I tried a piece of ribeye and it was amazing! Even though they ended my meal with a yucky luke-warm coffee, the experience still worth the price!

Have eaten here one time only, but enjoyed it a lot. The absence of all but one item with Alberta beef did not detract from the meal and the atmosphere. It is built inside an old bank, and the layout is rustic and charming. Expensive but worth it.
